Hopefully not since Codemasters has released only crap and will become only worse in the future. If this even has the precision of the ancient gMotor2 engine had then i could start to dream about combining the two things i like the most in games, guns and cars... gMotor2 is only now phasing out and is being used by majority of simtitles, BTW.. Some of the smaller simracing companies like SimBin or Kunos and a good FPS team developing together.. But i'm not convinced about the vehicle physics in CryEgine3, it looks promising on their website thou.

Checked with AVG on two machines, no threats detected.. I haven't found anything wrong with AVG, works quietly and effectively, no flood of false positives, not a huge memory footprint or performance issues. The same update-while-you-play comes rarely, used AVIRA before so it's a breeze after that, at least AVG update is fast. Also once you tell AVG that it's a false positive, it stops bothering you about it, something a lot of other providers don't; you mark false positive as safe and few minutes after that, the AV pops up again alerting of the same file... A quote of one review: "Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 is very effective at blocking new malware attacks and is easy to use, but it slows system performance more than we'd like to see." Allthou most reviews are clearly paid promoting, like i would believe that Norton is the best of them all (it was marked as the best in that review, blaah...).. Avira is shite these days, packed with adware, ask toolbar and the update advertising nagging screens, false positives can't be marked as safe...Comodo was shite too, so was ESET.

Yes, i consider it as a bug, doesn't fit to the game and has effectively ruined snipers role. I don't want to remove it, some like it and they can play and have fun too. Isn't that the reason why iSnipe was made so why ruin the rest of the game when there already is a mod for it? I don't know but i feel like qsniping is usually done by 12 year olds where as older gamers just hate it. Just a little sway during the zoom, it still doesn't remove the ability, especially point-blank range but would make it a lot harder on medium/long ranges. Now it's just wayyy too easy.

1: Anti Cheat 2: Anti Cheat 3: Make option on the sniper to not zoom exactly where the hip-fire crosshairs is.. To balance QSniping just a bit. The random circle needs to be small but it needs to be there. Note the word "option" to get servers that doesn't have qsnipers, let them eat each other.

I concur. COD isn't realistic and qscoping is fucking annoying. Going against a team of good qscopers is the worst game experience, it's just retarted. Big boys won't qscope, it's for 11 year olds.

Gave me a good scare, noticed this at the minute the thread was created, fired up the game, no master-server, aaarghh-face and swearing, uninstalled everything in fit of rage... Then checked back here to throw a tantrum, noticed that it was a hoax, joke, trolling what evs.. installed everything back and it works.. kudos for timing..

Thx, i did that. Just wanted to be sure it is allowed... Really, really enjoying my favorite game in the company of people i want to play it with.

Just got everything installed, heard about the state of this project yesterday by accident.. And, oh boy, have i missed MW2... Been playing TF2 after aiw got shut down, totally got bored of it by the 100th hour of gameplay. Nice to be shooting something with bullets. I hope that the userbase broadens just a bit, thou i am not missing all the whiners that were left behind. I registered here at the beginning, lost track of progress, saw a mention in another forum yesterday and when i checked back, WOOHOO!! Thanks guys and see you in the servers.... Too bad i already deleted the original playerstats, is levelhack allowed/possible in this system so i can regain back some progress already accomplished? It's not a biggie if not allowed, it's somewhat fun to do them, again...
