I am still getting this weird fucking error

I noticed from the pic posted that the Single Player exe file is missing. Do you have a LEGIT version of MW2? If you do not have it listed in your Steam games, this version will not work for you.

you dont have to download the single player version from steam....i only got the multiplayer too
