open up z_menu.iwd and drag those folders into m2demo folder and it should work :roll:

Are you starting the game using IW4M.exe? or with LaunchIW4M.exe?

Try using IW4M.exe, that's what works for me, otherwise, I get the original menu.

The menu image is overrides in the .iwd you downloaded...
