Put the z_menu.iwd into your /main/ folder.

No, into the m2demo folder!

Hey , i did that thing (coping z-menu.iwd to m2demo file) but nothing , menu is the same , tryed it 4 times but nothing , my orginal menu is not like that in the 1st post picture , its not like cod4 menu! so i think i must do something else , like coding files?

Try to use the m2demo in your %localappdata%/iw4m...
