but I disagree with the maxpackets. <50 isn't a promod rule at all.

promod forces 100. but 63 maxpackets is the correct value for 125 fps.

that was just to up the default a little bit, all people cannot handle 63, especially those who cannot handle 125 fps. you can still use 100 in your own config if you want to (just suggesting to change default from 30 to 46)

I'd like to see Support and Specialist strike packages. It definitely adds nice 3-dimensionality to the pointstreak system. I also wish Bling didn't interfere with Sleight of Hand or Scavenger. Kind of like in Black Ops, but the whole weapon proficiency system in MW3 is great.
