"Theatre mode" rendering isn't possible as of now.

You guys just can't do the slightest things that don't involve gui interface? You can do "theatre mode" it may not be polished and presented in a gui but you can record.

Step 1: Press the ~ key bellow escape.

Step 2: Type /demo *demo namehere* into the ingame console.

Step 3: Once done recording, again, press the ~ key.

Step 4: Type /stoprecord.

Step 5: To view your demo and record it using your preferred video capture software. Press, once again, in the main menu ~ type /demo *demonamethatyouwanttoview*

Okay that was theatre. But if you can't manage that there is a mod for theatre mode. You can use the search button to find it.

 

New maps from other ColD games wasn't possible up until now with the release of the f2p for china. New camos? Do I have to quote myself?

Again, here are some easy steps for new camos.

Step 1: Go the the "main" folder of your game.

Step 2: Create a "z_cammos.iwd."

Step 3: Create a folder within "z_cammos.iwd" called "images"

Step 4: Open it with winrar.

Step 5: Download desired camos.

Step 6: Put the new camos in the "images" folder of "z_camos.iwd".

Step 7: Launch game and enjoy your "new" camos.

Not an idea really, but suggestions more likely.

 

1. Change:

setDvar( "scr_intermission_time", 30.0 ); to

setDvarIfUninitialized( "scr_intermission_time", 30.0 );

 

in _gamelogic.gsc to allow server admins to change it through server.cfg.

 

2. Add sd.gsc to m2demo/maps/mp/gametypes folder and change the

 

	registerRoundSwitchDvar( level.gameType, 3, 0, 9 );
registerTimeLimitDvar( level.gameType, 2.5, 0, 1440 );
registerScoreLimitDvar( level.gameType, 1, 0, 500 );
registerRoundLimitDvar( level.gameType, 0, 0, 12 );

to higher values, to allow round switch dvar to be set higher than 9, roundlimit higher than 12 etc.

I have no clue why IW set it like that by default...

Might come in handy for clans. Might be necessary for other gametypes too.
