Most IW5M servers are shit, anyway. I got voted to be kicked when I got first blood on a Gun Game server, vote repeatedly failed until I went on a streak and was passed.

Possibly. People don't seem to realize that they get banned, however there seems to be an almost infinite supply of new idiots.
