Nobody outranked MaxDamage in what way. MaxDamage wasn't even involved in recruiting, he just spoke to people and when he thought "Should I hire them?" he forwarded them to me. If I can recall you are manbearfag43, if that is the case, I spoke with Raiqem back then and he agreed you weren't suitable for the job. I commanded him to not hire you.

Maybe this is something you better discuss on the irc, instead of doing it in a public thread. Somehow this topic changed from recruiting gmods to a discussion about the flaws aiw had or hadn't.

You change your attitude too sudden, and too damn often. That makes you too unstable to be on such position IMO, I know I would never give you something more important than Auxiliary staff.
