Most of the people on list are just spammers to me, and have many flaws which make them incapable of becoming staff, atleast in my view. I consider them good guys, but aIW staff used to be much more professional.

Just look at all the topics they make in /dev/urandom, especially the ones with homosexual tendencies.

Now, that's OK for tech support, who ought to be role models in Projects section, but can't apply to Global moderators who rule the whole forum.

 

If I were to apply, let's say I'd "dehumanize" myself, stop with all the jokes and puns and all the "friendships" on forum, this would be strictly business. Still, I won't apply, some things matter more than power and forum permissions, I'd rather have some fun. It was easy to be so strict in IL because the usual members weren't there, just a bunch of newcomers that I've never heard off, so I could do my job in a very cold way. I doubt I could do the same here without cracking up a few jokes and refusing to warn/ban someone I like on the forum.

Finnaly some one spoke.....and it all truth, there are things more important than being Global Moderator

I personally agree with what you said. Global Moderator will force people to make decisions that they would not like to do, so you have be really prepared to become one.

It actually was, when I sent it I was in a "jovial" mood. It only had a serious part not to piss off NTA and JerryBerry.
