When I launch the game I get a black screen but the steam overlay pops up and if I move my cursor around I can here myself scrolling over the options.

Any ideas as to what I can do?

 

I have also searched around a bit and have found nothing. I'm also getting 0 error reports or anything.

Usually, overlays work. But sometimes weird stuff like that happens.

they are but my normal mw3 is doing it as well so im going to reinstall and hope that works
