that's the right answer! even more so, Win6.2 actually went into initial hardware detection again - only had to reinstall the Realtek audio drivers as those don't seem to be generic.

It depends but a friend of mine had to switch to legit from pirate version when he changed his MotherBoard because windows had linked some activation shits with the MotherBoard...

Well, only if chipset and other different chipset in motherboard. But If u change motherboard that can make windows 7 run is on 40% of failure or unstable.

 

My oldest DELL motherboard was fired but, I changed to Asus motherboard then my windows 7 got bsod at boot.
