Subject title says it all.

Come on guys show some support to NTA and help him get out of his "bad" mood. I'm really starting to worry a lot more than usual for him, he's been well off his game for the past month and we need to do something about it. Anyone got any suggestions? AND NO IT MUST NOT REQUIRE PROGRAMMING OR ELSE I WILL **** YOU.

Sorry i couldnt post earlier, my browser would let me login, anyways since we all love Mr.Bas, lets all make our own get well soon cards and post them here, please note, not as a contest, but to make NTAuthority feel better so he can focus on work again, if you care about fourDeltaone, you will participate, if you dont, you will read on. No, seriously, determination is all it takes to not wind up more fucked by the dayyyyyyyyyyy. And I know it's easy said than done, but still at the end of the day, it's you who chooses whether to stay at the edge all your life, or to take a leap of faith and make the jump.

 

I have sleep and other issues too, and for somewhat the same reasons - no bzns during daylight and sleeping late nights. The first thing to do is, recalibrate your body clock and reap more from your internal energies.

Here's a nice article on Resetting your body clock It can be a life-saver if well understood and implemented.

Get organized, exercise, try socializing with people (you wind up having a friend or two IRL), explore yourself a little more to know what interests you and then do it on a regular basis.

 

And...well, you're smart to figure out some shit for yourself. ;)

 

PS: If you think your mind cannot really relate to anything other than codez0ring, then try putting things in that perspective. You could say that someone else has compiled your life for you and you know their method is wrong. Try to RE it and recompile it the way it pleases you - you have the sauce after all, ie. YOU.

Saying this as someone that has gone throught the same "sleeping" problems ...

i found that the best way .. FOR ME .. was to actualy NOT sleep at all for 24 + and push myself to be awake until 8-9 am of the next day . If you know that your body needs even more than 12 hours sleep (i used to sleep for 14 hours in a row) i would recoment sleeping around 6-7 of the next day ...

forcing you to wake up in normal time . After that been done , you just need to make sure that

for the next 3-4 days you actualy SPEND up your energy . Going to GYM,walks,etc .. socializing will do the trick (dont be on the PC for more than 2-3 hours for these 3-4 days.. you need to move ).

You just need to be sure to be tired and make your body want to go to sleep at around 8-9 in the evening for 3 days . That worked for me at least .
