As promised, support for the new DLC's have been added to IW5M. Please update your game by running LaunchIW5M.exe.

 

The installation process of DLC files is very simple: after you have the required DLC files, click on the corresponding .iw5dlc and it will move the downloaded files into their correct game folders.

Then manually install the DLC's

Go into your download/zone/dlc/ copy everything and paste them into IW5M/zone/dlc/.Go into your download/main/ copy everything in there and paste them in IW5M/main/

He hasnt put the folder into the IW5M directory.Its clearly visible he has folders such as "admin" in his "ahem" folder..
