You know, he could just delete his IW4M.ini then use the correct credentials. As he is probably using his email and not his username.

Delete iw4m.ini found In your IW4M folder, then start IW4M and it will prompt you to enter your credentials (enter in your 4D1 Username and Password).

So it should be like this Username : |2DH|Stuntz and enter your password below..
