definitely Digimon. Pokemon doesn't have an ending and It feels like there is no progression in the story.

The first 2 seasons Digimon were amazing. I was kind of disappointed when the third season started, because It had nothing to do with season 1 and 2, but I still enjoyed it. Season 4 was ok and season 5 sucked. Didn't watch Digimon xros wars yet, but I guess I don't need to.

 

If you are talking about the games: I guess it's a draw. There are Digimon games I like and there are Digimon games I dislike. And one thing I always hated about Pokemon is, that you can't get all the Pokemon without trading/cheating.

 

I felt like I was the only one who liked Digimon more than Pokemon when I was 4.

As for the Anime, Digimon was awesome. Especially the movie where Omnimon(or whatever it's name was) first appeared.
