Ok today this happend to me when i go into the game like i do i lagg in every server i didnt lagg yester day or the day after

can someone help me its in every single map and i have normally ping and im not the only one who laggs help me please

Try restarting your computer.

Lagging like that can be caused by memory consumption peaks.

i tryed many times to do that wont work

You're talking about your frames per second, right?

Try lowering your graphic settings.

If lower your graphics settings does not help. delete your /players/ folder as well.
