every time i open iw4m this could not localization.txt. Please make sure modern warfare 2 is run from the correct folder error pop up and i downloaded the localization file already and it still does it can anyone help me?

Do you have Steam version? Don't worry if you don't.

If you do, verify the game files.

 

Anyway, re-download AlterIWnet if you don't have the Steam version.

Steam-> CoD MW2:MP-> right click -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game cache.. -> ??? -> profit.
