• - remove iw4play master server from server list code as it's mostly dead
  - add a breakpoint for a case that will never occur, but if it does, it'll crash for you now
  - fix WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL errors coming from the Defuse list
  - increase min. version for server list to 91
  - update libcurl for no reason whatsoever

yeah... all I get now is crashes and always on the exact same specific address and time

Important: sv_master[2] = Dvar_RegisterString("sv_master3", "server.iw4play.de", DVAR_FLAG_NONE, ""); still over here... needs to be changed to empty string
