Open-Source usually means that you can make use of specific code while retaining copyrights to the original owner.

I don't remember my template being freely and openly distributed.

I don't remember NoFate's template being in the SVN, which is the only open source portion of IW4M as of my knowledge, or being a part of the IWNetServer thing on Google Code.

It doesnt matter who made the skin. The point is, that you blantantly COPIED it. Same goes for the client.

Your project only runs because you, the arev staff, want to have some power.

Some guys ddos your site and you call us reckless? RECKLESS? Who did copy the whole damn code of the game? You did. Because you're unable of coding your own shit.

I assume the original idea was to have a free alternative to 4D1, as there was a steam check. But now, that its removed your "project" has no useful purpose.

Huh, no? That code is messy and crap, and the aO/aMW3 sites were custom-written by jerbob92 (primarily)/me/NoFaTe using phpBB's authentication code.
