after i start the application the Screen Freezes and no Game Load

Do you get an error?

I have the same problem. When I launch the game, it's start, but after 5s, I have a black screen with an error:

 

"Could not load image 'preview_mp_compact'. If this image name starts with 'preview_mp_', you might be missing iw_22.iwd/iw_23.iwd. Read the relevant FAQ entry on ... :)"

Go to your mw2 directory, then open /players folder, open config_mp.cfg with notepad and change r_fullscreen 1 to r_fullscreen 0

You should be able to read the error then and post it here.
