Hi,

I was playing on the RepZ servers (which are arev) since i started playing 4d1 and they always were my favorite servers. Alot of my friends play there and they also have a nice community. The problem is, now that legacy servers do not show up anymore in the serverlist and i also cant connect by manually typing connect ip it just gives me an error. Do i have to download arev to play on my favorite servers again? Or is there maybe some kind of bypass? Please help.

PS: Its really weird but ive been experiencing more cheaters than ever before on 4d1 servers. I basically cant play 5 minutes without multiple cheaters showing up on the server...

these servers no longer exist to my knowledge

Play on servers that have active admins.

If someone is hacking, go onto their site and try to get an admin, or onto their TeamSpeak/Vent.

If all else fails record the hacker and post in on their forums.

RepZ servers do exist. They were down cause they moved their hosting company i think but my friend a friend of mine (who is admin in repz) told me yesterday that they were up again

no, as there's no servers on there either, all arev servers are down due to an attack, it's nothing to do with us 'no longer supporting' them

Also RepZ bans people from fourdeltaone recently, I got myself banned right after I joined with the 4D1 client. (It appears as "You got kicked", but it happens everytime I try to reconnect.)

You need to register there and you can use every client.

I usually just join a server to play, not that I would directly know I need to register when I get kicked without a warning. I don't even know the URL of RepZ' homepage.

I doubt they will. No idea what; sorta illogical.

I recall an "AlterRepZ" so I believe they were using their own master server.

Also, only reason they do this is because 'they have too many cheaters', although most of the cheaters come from the legacy clients, which can join without registration anyway
