OpenVice is a multiplayer port of Vice City map into GTA: San Andreas, originally created by NTAuthority. As some people requested starting an OpenVice server on fourdeltaone forums, I decided to contact NTA and create an up-to-date client build and compiled releases of both Windows an Linux servers. After some work, I have ported his patch to new version of MTA:SA and decided to release it.

How to play

• Download OpenVice client
  
• Start Multi Theft Auto.exe
  
• Play

 

How to host a server

In order to start own server, you have to:

• Download MTA:SA resources from HERE
  
• Configure mtaserver.conf (check out mtasa.com wiki for more info)
  
• Start the server
  
• ???
  
• PROFIT!

Please note that original gamemode maps and spawns will not work in OpenVice

 

Known bugs

• F11 map is not updated to VC [fixed in b2]
  
• Main menu images should be changed [will be fixed in b2]
  
• Client crashes in interior 2 (large estate on an island)
