... I change my FPS limit, from 125 to 333 ( using toggle com_maxfps 125 333 bind )

I checked a lot of times, it only happens when i change limit to 333 ( 1 sec and restart oO )

How is that possible, any solution?

I wouldn't go higher than 250.. 333 is considered cheating, at least in older cods, because you can make your footsteps silent.

there always a reason why com_maxfps 85 is default. I suggest keeping from 85-127

Erm... 333 fps has several unfair advantages.

 

So yeah, it's basically a bitchslap in your face telling you to not exploit such advantages.

However, unless you have a monitor that has a refresh rate of 250Hz a FPS setting of anything over 60-120 is pointless

My monitor has a refresh rate of 60Hz, but I still like having it at 125 because I like to think it makes the game smoother or something

How about remove the bind and in your /players/ folder edit config_m2.cfg and config_mp.cfg withh "com_maxfps" at 0 or 333?

I've always been told and always known somehow that no matter how high you turn up the FPS you won't have any visible improvements or advantages

127 is useless.. the best fps is 125, 250, 333. If you divide any integer in 1000 you get one of these "sweet spots". And 125 would be the best for most people. The far best you could have is 333 fps which gives you a huge jumping height and speed advantage.

125 is the best, you jump the furthest with 125 and there are more jumps that require distance than height in mw2.

 

250 and 333 are only useful for slightly less recoil, less footsteps and less fall damage. Oh and the height differences won't do much for you unless you use 333 because you can jump on the bins and a few other objects on the ground (useless).
