NoFaTe's original SVNBot did work in 5 minute intervals, yes.

SVNBot does run in a 5 min interval, yes.

Also, if it detects that more that one revisions were committed since the last time it checked it automatically generates posts and info for all the previous ones but it only notifies IRC users about the last one.

I don't know if NTA made any changes but that's how it used to work.
