when i start it it appears a black screen and don't load the main menu :C

Maybe because you are banned?

But you should actually get a message ("You got banned blah")... weird.

Did he remove any files?

Try reinstalling IW4M.

Well your "brother" is a dipshit, don't hack next time. Also delete the hacks.

No ban appeals by the way.

Press alt+tab and you will see what error appear.
