You dont have the default.dsr in the admin folder

 

i have the a default file its a dspl file .... i tried renaming it to default.dsr... nothing happened

Enable file extensions, and see if the file isnt named default.dspl.txt, if it is remove the .txt

7. Go into the folder "admin" and edit the server.cfg file as you wish.

Find a copy of the server.cfg here.

Find a copy of default.dspl here.

Your must REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAD...

You're not meant to rename the .dspl file to .dsr

Leave it as .dspl

So uhm, I am able to join my server, but other people can't see it.

I was just wondering, how do I see the ip of the server? I mean, I'd like to know which ip should my friend write in "connect :"? The port is 27015 (query port), I just don't know the ip [the internal one? Or something else? I only know the internal, that is 192.168.1.18, but it seems like my friends can't connect with "connect 192.168.1.18:27015" like I do -well, it's an internal ip- (I forwarded the ports with that ip)]

EDIT: Yes, they can connect through the console.

I'm just wondering, why does that say net_port is write protected?

It works anyways. I'll mess around a bit with dsr files (default infected SUCKS) and that's it

My last question is: Is there a way to connect from LAN tab? I don't mind connecting by console anyways. If it's not supported yet, it's fine, even in IW4 it was like that. Thanks for your support!

i downloaded dsut and it began update.

 

when update complete , i create shortcut of "iw5m_server".

 

and when i write "F:\Program Files\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (4delta1)\iw5m_server.exe +set net_queryport 27015 +set net_port 27016 +set net_masterServerPort 27017 +set sv_config "server.cfg" +start_map_rotate" in the target , i see an error --->

The problem is that you're closing the path after the arguments (the quotes). Try it like this:
