Hi, my laptop is able to run MW2 with four delta one at high settings and shadows, my ping averages 60 and i am fed up with all the lag. When i play by myself on "private match" there is absolutely no lag. But when playing on any online server, there is lag every 1.5 seconds, even on the lowest settings. My ping is around a hundred lower than all other players but they see me lagging and easily kill me. I would appreciate it if the community of four delta one players could help me out on this issue. Also, i did not update the game, install or patch it. reason being that i have a net framework error and there is no version of runtime to run this application. please help

Ok, so I decided to post this here, because I am struggling to keep my temper under control, i'll explain why now... Around Christmas time last year I got a new computer, it was fine and all except for a few things, it came with a few flaws and we had to send it back for repairs. Ok guys i downloaded DLC -warez- and it had tekno mode with it a dll file and tekno mw3 .exe and now everytime i try to launch the iw5m launcher it connects and finds servers and when i join them i enter for 2 mins and then play then it freezes and says server connection timed out after reading i shouldnt put both tekno and launcher in the same folder i copied my game and removed the tekno files but left the iw5m launcher still same problem updating the clock didnt help plz any1 can help me???
