i have a problem i just got iw5m but i keep getting error at startup:Steam must be running for initial authentication to succeed. Please start Steam and restart the game to continue.Any fixes ???i'd appreciate(i dont have Steam)

Hey when i start the game there comes always an error "couldn't load image 'xp'" I tried all to fix this (get iw_23.iwd from my friends help) But i dont want to redownload the game cause i needs so much time Can some1 upload all iw_... please ?

I have the downloaded version of Modern Warfare 3. And I have passed all assignments to special ops and most of the survival pathways as well. Does anyone know how I can save my stats when I will reinstall my whole computer. I already know how to do the self repairing the story or rather the the campaign. But not to the Special and survival? how i can save my stars and maps there ?

Hi! Where can i download DLC Maps for free? When theres some DLC map next coming i get error mp_mapname and i think its because i dont have dlc's. I have mw3 steam version but no dlc's, and i found xbox dlc content torrent but no pc, can someone tell me how can i download dlc maps for free?

So i wanted to install a few scripts found in the mods section of this forum. after doing so i ran my dedi and when i tried to connect to my server it got stuck at "Connecting..." Then i removed the script loading of the mods i used and i still get the same error when i try to connect to the servers. help :X Edit: Tried deleting scripts folder, running dsut.exe and starting, doesnt work.

Hey guys, I just downloaded the MW3 dedi files of Steam so I have a fresh copy. All my ports are forwarded and all the DLC etc is there! I end up getting this error!

Hey guys. I'm not new in creating servers, cause i host a lot of servers in the past. I wanted to host like 10 mw3 servers, so i created 10 configs etc. When i start the first server, everything is fine. But when i start a second server, the second server just crashes with the error "iw5m_server.exe doesnt work anymore." I hope anybody could help me.

Hello people, I was wondering if any of you know any way of opening my ports, because my NAT type is Moderate, and sometimes it goes Strict. I've went to portforward.com, did everything it said(My Router is a TP-LINK TL-WR740N), made my IP Static(My Internet stopped afterwards so i changed it back), everything you can think of, but still no progress. I've also Disabled my Firewall, because a known stepback for Port Opening was the Windows FireWall. I also did it the old fashioned way by going on Run -> Services(Search for Vista/7 Users) (which is in the System32 Folder) and Enabled my uPnP and my SSID, but still nothing. Any other hints on how to make my NAT type O…
