hello friend when i open iw5m_server...its looked like this (see image) but when i go to server...i can't see anything

That's normal, make sure your ports are forwarded and you're not being blocked by yourself, or even your country/ISP.

You need to forward both ports 27015 and 27017.

Then have someone else checking the serverlist for you. If the server shows up on the list for other people but not for you, then the problem is with your router. Anyway, the important thing is that other people can see it since you can just connect using the local IP.

yeah i already forwarded those port 27015 nd 27017 ...nd disable firewall...and don't know why this prob happen....its also same prob having in my friend home when v making a server...there is same msg pop up but server not listed

If you forwarded the ports correctly it should work,make sure you disable firewall and anti-virus programs

Yes you can connect via your external IP,

Type in the ingame console "connect youripaddress:port"

I connected to it right now it worked fine..Join your server via your local IP Address

connect 192.168.x.x:27015

I'm sure that you know the server's local ip, since you forwarded the ports.

yeah i am doing same...using ~ in game...i put ip 192.168.XX.XX :27015

Well, in my keyboard's layout, the key to open the console is "\". So, when I open the console, I got a slash (\) there already. I have to delete the slash before entering the command, or nothing will happen. Maybe that's what happens with you?

Also, don't put a space between the ip and the port.

ohk let me tell u i port forwared 27015,16,17 and 8766 only four this...

Fixed, simple...wasnt typing connect infront of the IP:Port combo
