IW4M Freeze at joining to servers

Hello,
I have this weird problem sometimes when trying to join to servers.
When I click on some server, for example WZ Rust, it starts to load the map, but it freezes almost immediately at Awaiting challege...1 for a while.
Then after a minute or two it says Server is for low ping players only....
But why does it freeze???
Heres some console text I copied when I got this freeze, hope it helps you to solve this problem...
