So, my mid-terms ended, and I decided to take the week after it off (which is this ongoing week) and just today I got a call from my friend saying that the papers have been given out, now the problem is, that the marks are HORRID. In maths I got 12.5/100 and in Chem a 8.5/70, all the others have great marks, now, as you can see, I'm fucked, I usually get like 80-85/100 and I don't even know how I got these shit of marks, and no, my friend isn't trolling me, he even sent me a pic of the paper. I can give a retest on these two subjects, but the thing is, I NEED to hide these marks until I give the retest on 16th to fix the grades. What I don't understand is, HOW. As soon as I step into the school, they are gonna grab me and ask for my parent's number, I'll probably shake them off with a false number, but then I will be fucked the next day. Any ideas folks?

Got off the phone with my friend and he is willing to act like my father on the phone. He will also cook up a story on how he can't meet the teachers in person. Do you guys think this might work? :c

See, when I take a test I don't tell people my mark. I will just say "eh, fuck it" and throw it out and then its forgotten about.

the odd part is how apparently the entire class was given everyone's results - I prefer the 'statistics' approach to result disclosure as I noticed in 2009; just provide an amount of people attached to a range, and then people may or may not discuss their results among each other.

 

then there's the part of results that get added to a formal piece of paper, like standardized tests or teacher-opinionated grades, which may very well be impossible to hide.

 

also, the parents caring that much - didn't know that (stereotypical) trait made it all the way west to India.

I wouldn't do this if I were you. What will your friend tell your teacher, if the teacher asks to meet him?

If your parents/teacher find/s it out, then you are screwed.

If I were you, I'd tell your parents the truth. Yeah, they'd probably be angry. But atleast you can do the retest to fix your marks. Don't try to avoid it.Your situation could get worse.
