Do you have utorrent or bit torrent installed ? And try using a diffrent browser.

Teknogoofs released a sp for dlcs but it isn't working for new dlc maps

Its possible, but we won't invest out time in it, our work is not to provide a free game, but to provide a better multi-player experience.
