The only official thing against him is a warning and that too when he decided to drop into the regional forums where he clearly didn't belong and started calling names. He seems to be pretty immature.

    I'm surprised you haven't been kicked out of your community (which is part of 4D1 as The_InHuman said) because you're making them look bad.
