I could provide you with some gameplay to upload on our 4D1 channel (in case noone of you got the mod already).

Things I noted down:

• Tournament with staff vs clans. 6vs6. No mods. Commentated. Recorded by a spectator. No prizes would be given out whatsoever.
  
• Installing tutorials.
  
• Top X mods of the month(s). I don't think there are enough mods to make a top 5 per month. Nonetheless, it would be nice to make teasers for them, apart from the actual "Top X mods" series.
  
• The winner of the MOAB challenge in question will get his gameplay footage uploaded on the channel. And will choose the next setup.
  
• Community montages, if are good enough.

 

Things to note: IW5M content will be probably eligible to get copyright strikes. If we get warned once, we will not be uploading any more of it.

Ok, let's go with the list ltorrelles posted. I think it is best we divide it all up, and 1/2/3 people handle one of the events, and can go about organizing it as they wish (while updating at least the management, that is).

So who would like to do what? I myself would like to have another go at the tournament, I could use one or 2 people more. Just post below what you would like to do.

EDIT: btw, one thing we need to figure out is how to disable free chat. Having a team chatting with the other during a tournament match has been proving to be quite of a problem on online matches (many times, the ones losing start accusing the ones who are winning of cheating, and the mess begins)

I have plenty of servers where I could host these "matches", I can help out with organising who plays when etc, just hit me up whenever.

Has to be forced on a script. Remember that the members want to harass eachother. We need to force that client command during tournament matches to force them not to harass eachother.

Disagreed. We're the less moronics here. We make a proper plan of what we're doing before we rush into making mistakes.

I would go for posting mod videos right away. But I would wait for the portuguese and Tonejo's IW5M tournaments to give us some proper community feedback before rushing into organizing a tournament ourselves.
