Youtube renders it down to 24FPS anyway, as that's also the rate of the human eye.

Where are you getting a community feedback to support that statement?

Although there are many people playing on IW4M, most people here in Portugal are moving to IW5M

And the same seems to be happening in South America, looking at Tonejo's initiative.

It's a fact that we run both projects and have to keep giving atention to both. But our community seems to be moving towards IW5M

Commentary/Regular Gameplay: 720P or greater @ 30 FPS or greater.

Montages/Trailer: 720P or great at 60FPS

FlaCCidCookie and I are already the "channel managers" (as per the ones that take most care of it). We are not the only ones with access to it, though. Zer0w made the channel graphics, so any concern about that should be addressed to him. All videos will go through both myself and FlaCCid before being uploaded.

Ok, let's go with the list ltorrelles posted. I think it is best we divide it all up, and 1/2/3 people handle one of the events, and can go about organizing it as they wish (while updating at least the management, that is).

I would like to do the gameplay commentaries. I already have 2 years of practice on commentating, and now that I've started locution lessons I think I'm prepared better than ever to do the job. Don't want to impose myself, though, so if you think there's someone else here that does that better, just say so (english-native speakers, etc.).

Video for windows encoded with xvid with a 2.5 quantisizer works better though
