Hey guys i saved this .dll from the time i used it on my server can anyone update it so that we can use this again in IW4M

(We need to make 2 txt files admin.txt containing the XUID of the person who wants to use it and 2nd happy.txt containing the lines we want the player to say)

You can't update .dll's without the source code.

havnt u heard about HAPPY TOOL at the time of #IW

we used this on servers we by typing !happy playername we make the person happy and whenever that person tries to type the msgs we put in happy.txt are displayed

No, I don't know that plugin. I just said it sound more like a B3 plugin. But as I said before, making it IW4M compatible isn't possible.
