they using wallhack esp aimbot

have you been playing on arev servers? they are marked with a green * and you can turn them off in the filter, they are called legacy servers

Autobans are a given. It works similarly to the old aCI.

Not sure about the spamming, but I guess not, at this stage.

there are server abuse there power admin have no recoil and esp vip team mate

How long does it take before a cheater is banned? I seem to have found myself playing with the same ones over the past few days... (yes, I'm playing in 4D1 servers, not marked with a green asterisk [*])

Yeah, just too many aa + wh kidos. Can't wait to get rid of them. Progress may be slow, but final goal (getting rid of em) is priceless.

aCI will catch them. don't worry. Dont play legacy servers if you dont like cheaters.
