It is a combination of multiple different versions.

If you notice, IW5M is "a bit" different from the original version. So why would it be version 1.9.453 ? We want more than 1.9.453

Version 1.9.453 doesn't support scripts, has hardcore server variables locked, has no ranked dedis, no client console, etc.

We don't use 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 or even 1.9.453. We use our own version.
