but it's not, I'd like a serious answer, anonymous or not, with detail or not, do you think I deserve/should be in the staff..

Note that I don't post much due to either not knowing the fix or seeing other mods dealing with it and keeping myself to my corner..

I think only yourself, jeremych and other gmods who do their job properly are the only ones who can have an opinion about that.

IMO, gmod's job is to take care of "main" and "discussion" sections (wich are sections where I don't even go in). "Regional" is taken cared of by regmods and "projects" is taken cared by tech support.

IMO, a good gmod is one that is active on those 6 sections, (reads every crap to see if forum rules are met and the environment is kept "healthy") is polite to users, and keeps those 6 sections organized (and enforces some discipline on it's users in the course, to avoid shitstorms).

Ask yourself what a good gmod should do. Ask yourself if you can do it. There's your answer.

I said 'No'. If you're here, that's because you deserve it ;) And without you, I would be the only French guy in the Staff. Plus, I don't know how I could handle the French forum without you since I'm very busy with my real life.

Paulofonta, very well said, but in that scenario nobody does their job well, the amount of regmods I see in other forums, trying to administrate, trying to do a gmod's job..

SerPo, you can say what the hell you want about me, I won't necessarily take it into account, and I don't cry, ever.

Vico, I hardly do anything in the french section to be honest.. I'm just making sure things don't go bullshit and promoting my own things (self promotion sucks, I know)

And to all of you, I like being here, I like talking to you guys, I like being around these "less stupid idiots" but in terms of filling in a spot as gmod, I don't really think I'm setting a good example.. I've been following since aIW in september 2010, yeah I've been around, but I've never been a forum sort of person, I mean yeah I'll answer topics people link me to, but if I see a topic already answered by someone, I won't butt in, as their doing their job, why try to take over..

In all seriousness, if this place were managed as some people like to call it "an association" or "a company" I'd be kicked long ago, the original point of staff members is to help out and clean up, which I hardly do.. If it'd be possible to revive a "less active" staff who have global rights to lock/trash I'd happily sit there, because I'm honest in saying I don't bother looking at all the forums, and if people want staff who show they do their job properly, then I'd have no problem with accepting the consequences..
