First, add a "try{} catch (IOFileException){}" when trying to delete a file. I just launched the tool and got this:

This error means I don't have permission to delete/move/copy/etc... any files/folders (requires privilege elevation).

In the catch part, add something like "MessageBox.Show("An error occurred while trying to do an I/O operation. Please verify folder permissions and launch this tool with administrator privileges.");"

 

And my game is in english, launched your tool, no error, and I've again so_....ff files in my zone/english folder.

You know that it was a bad idea to remove sp files in IW4...

We won't be able to remove much in size since the biggest files on IW5 are actually the IWDs, and we might regret taking sp fastfiles from them now.

IW4 MP-rips are nowadays the worse enemy of ported maps. It's hard to get dedis to run them because most people have the old aIW MP-rip and will be ejected from servers who run ported maps.
