If you want to stay on the FAT32 filesystem, just do a chkdsk, if you want a more reliable filesystem, do as NTAuthority told you, right click on your hard drive, and press Format, change it to NTFS and you should be ready to go. I also had this issue, not sure if it fixed it, as I rarely use my pendrive now.

Seems like that your config is old/outdated/etc. Easiest way to fix this is by deleting config_m2.cfg in your players folder.

So i was playing in one of 4D1 servers on Terminal and one of players started spaming all map like a god Nick: IwannaFMarvina in a middle of the game he has 118-22 K/D ratio everyone was pissed becouse he's ruined game.
