I am not sure if that's possible with Xpadder, but, check below. Using a controller for MW2 is a really really bad idea. 1. Console gaming uses aim assist, the PC version has no aim assist. 2. Xpadder analog sensitivity is shit? 3. Controllers aren't good for FPS games.

Here is how you download and play custom maps. First, Download the .ff files from this list , HERE and place them in your zone/english folder. Secondly, Run iw4m. To get into the maps, you must type these commands in the game console.
