instalation: copy to the mw2 folder - wtf?

If you download the "download" link given that's on an older revision and raw files. So you would be running on an older version. The source is what you compile with, download it, learn how to compile your own iw4m.dll's and include the theater mode to be on R96 or whatever revision.

I have copied the two files to my mw2 folder..

This is outdated. If you want it to run with the latest release, you'll have to make a custom .DLL and fix up the code he included.

actually it's just hidaaan ._.

Because it requires a custom dll which will be disabled in the next release. And because it never REALLY worked as playback tools were never imppossible/possible.

installed it well but where will i put my demo files?

i made many demos and can open it only with console but not Theatre
