Open console;

Type 'say Hi!' or 'say_team Hi!';

All working, use only English language.

How many times have I already stated that quick-fix ?

Maybe, since I only play on |WZ| servers.

My servers are running on Dedi version r23 and no such problem..

I'm playing on a specific server, but some people got their chats working, some don't....

Well on some servers it works on some doesn't. Using say command is the only solution for now

Well this is fixed in r24.
