Don't you mean Jordanian food? Not sure where I heard this but it was my understanding that all food that you might call Arabian is actually based at least partly if not entirely on a Jordanian recipe and that every "Arabian" cook worth a damn has a cookbook full of Jordanian recipes?

BUt on the subject I love Shwarma and in NYC (Mahmoun's to die for) I could get one at any time, now in L.A. and you can't find a decent Shwarma to save ones life. Nobody uses lamb, its all beef. Does anyone know of a decent cart, stand , or restaurant? I have heard Carnivale in good, but??

We were just hanging around being off-topic, cause well, since the topic wouldn't be locked, we went a little over ourselves and started flooding it a bit.

On topic though, how complex would a project like this be? Tx was a really difficult one to be launched, and honestly when it was online, most of the time it really wasn't.

I'm just curious on the kind of problems usually happen in this kind of project.
