How about a person can roll the dice having a 50/50 chance of getting out, like the player types rtd in chat and gets a chance to roll himself out of jail. If he fails, and if someone already rolled the dice inside jail, your other team mates can't, just to keep it interesting. Just an idea

I might implement your and DUKIP's suggestion in a future version of jailbreak as an option so server admins can choose what they want.

For this version I will stick with the original Quake 3 Jailbreak way as much as possible.
