Look at CFour's post. You might want to try the RSE version of the mod, the bots will do ok.

 

But if you want to play against so-called pros you should really go on a server.

Does the mod need a server to be made or it works in private match ?

I have a feeling I know why you want the bots. Anyways, yes they work in private match, while being on the main menu just click on the 'Mods' button and select your mod, then start a private match.

Nah, I think it would be for the same reasons anyone would play combat training on black ops. They just want to practice and get good, but have some sort of challenge.
