How could I not comment, when that isn't flag of Bosnia. That's coat of arms, and it isn't even the current one.

 

Anyway, Croatian flag:

IMO, Bosnia will keep the current flag, and there's multiple reasons for it.

1. The old flag is from medieval ages, so it's very dated (not exactly, but it's a 95% copy of the Kotromanić flag, which is from 14th century). This doesn't mean much, as some countries have flags that are few hundred years old, but those countries have well established mix of tradition with modern culture (ie. England).

2. As Bosnia aims to enter the EU, they wiuld preferr to keep the more modern and Europe oriented "stars" on flag.

3. The most obvious one, changing a flag isn't just uploading a pic of the new flag on the government site, that process could take months, if not years, because everything government related would have an obsolete flag on it (ie. all Policr cars would need to be repainted with a new flag).
