Ok, in _class.gsc change:

self setKillstreaks( loadoutKillstreak1, loadoutKillstreak2, loadoutKillstreak3 );

to:

self setKillstreaks( "none", "none", "none" );

done.

Or just:

set scr_game_hardpoints "0"

in server.cfg.

In all seriousness, i'd really like to see more servers without killstreaks...

thanks for info on how to disable them added a TDM HC no killstreaks server for any that would sooner play with no killstreaks will add a non hc one as well
