Gonna clear something's up now.

B3 isn't made by us. It's made by BigBrotherBot and they don't support MW3 because their devs don't play the game.

Mod support: closest to that are plugins but it's inhibited by the .exe being 1.4382 when 99% of plugins now are made on the official Steam version. Anything outside of that is "impossible".

The IW engine is closed source if NTAuthority make tools for that if he does I think the bad guyZ are coming. Go Cryengine it's have already extra tools. Activision won't make extra tools for you. Nobody make extra tools for you. Alteriwnet and IW4M don't have extra tools so IW5M don't need it. ._.

 

BTW there is some "extra tools": Photoshop, Gimp, Notepad++, Blender
